  • Article 2 - Applicability
    These terms and conditions apply to all services, products, and contracts between Revive Head Spa and its clients, including treatments, online courses, and the sale of spa beds.
  • Article 3 - Services and Products
    Revive Head Spa offers:
    • Japanese head massages
    • Online courses
    • Spa beds for sale with a lifetime warranty, including a steam device and steam hood.
    • Advice and training for therapists
  • Article 4 - Prices and Payments
    • All prices include/exclude VAT (depending on your preference).
    • Payment can be made via iDeal, PayPal, credit card, or bank transfer.
    • All payments for beds and courses must be made by bank transfer only.
    • Orders for physical products will only be shipped after full payment is received.

Article 5 - Delivery and Shipping

    • Delivery of physical products takes place within the Netherlands.
    • Delivery time will be communicated per order.
    • Shipping costs will be indicated at the time of purchase.
    • If any damage occurs during transportation, the customer must inform us after receipt.

Article 6 - Cancellation and Refunds

    • Online courses cannot be cancelled or refunded.
      For physical products, there is a 14-day return period, provided they have not been used and are in their original packaging.
    • Please note that purchased beds cannot be returned. Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be cancelled or returned.
    • If any product or material is missing or if a defect is detected upon delivery, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange for the missing products or materials to be shipped as soon as possible.
    • Treatment cancellations must be notified at least 24 hours in advance. If cancelled too late, a 35% charge will be applied.

Article 7 - Warranty and Liability

    • Spa beds come with a lifetime warranty.
    • Revive Head Spa is not responsible for incorrect use of products or treatments.
    • Any claim for damages must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery or treatment.
    • Note: We are not responsible for any damage that occurs during transportation.

Article 8 - Data Protection and Privacy

    • Personal data is used exclusively for order processing and communication.
    • Customer data is not sold or shared with third parties without your consent.

Article 9 - Intellectual Property

    • All website content and courses are the property of Revive Head Spa and may not be copied or distributed without written permission.

Article 10 - Disputes and Applicable Law

    • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
    • Disputes shall preferably be resolved through consultation. If necessary, a dispute may be referred to the competent court in the Netherlands.
